JoAnne Fowler and Cristi Florence didn't just open a boutique in May 2020 — a mother and daughter building a business together, in the middle of a year when that took real nerve.
It's grown into something bigger than a clothing rack: half boutique, half marketplace, with shelf space handed over to other local South Carolina entrepreneurs and crafters selling under the same roof. Buy a dress, and the home decor next to it might be made by someone two towns over doing the same thing JoAnne and Cristi did five years ago.
Sizing runs 0–5X, with a real Plus Size collection instead of an afterthought rack, plus kids' and men's clothing alongside it. Two locations now — York and Rock Hill — same family running both.
