Alba Bistro is opening inside the same building as Lincoln Road Bakery and LongBottom Meats — three businesses sharing one roof at The Fillin' Station, each doing something different, none of them stepping on the others.
Alba's doing Asian-American, and it's doing it at both ends of the day. Mornings mean build-your-own breakfast sandwiches and a Southern Banh Mi that puts chow chow and jalapeño where you'd normally expect ham. Evenings shift into bao buns, Korean BBQ pig wings, and a build-your-own bowl menu that goes from ramen to poke to kimchi rice without missing a beat.
It's ambitious for a bistro sharing a building with two other kitchens — and that's kind of the point. Community, connection, and bold flavor under one roof.
