A cattle farm. A batch of buttermilk biscuits. That's where this started. Then came a 2017 family reunion, where a request for pimento cheese biscuits turned a family recipe into something bigger.
What began as recipes tested on family and friends became a table at the Old Town Market in Rock Hill, then a storefront with a real commercial kitchen. The name stuck around as a reminder of where it started, even as the bakery outgrew the farm it was named for.
Everything's still made from scratch — the pimento cheese biscuits that started it all, cheese straws that turned into a customer favorite, and a rotating lineup of cookies and mini cakes. Now settled into a shared vendor space next to Yorkville Marketplace, the bakery shares more than a parking lot with the farms and makers around it.
Tuesday through Saturday, 10 to 8. Stop by, or just follow the smell of biscuits.
