MaxAbilities of York County has spent over 40 years supporting people with developmental disabilities, autism, and spinal cord injuries — but job training specifically needed funding that didn't always exist. So they built a coffee brand to fund it themselves.
Every bag sold funds real work training for adults who'd otherwise be stuck waiting on a grant that might never come. No fundraising gala, no waiting on the government — just a product good enough that people buy it because they want the coffee, and the mission gets funded as a side effect of that.
